A new film for Kia Genius
Recently our friends at Kia needed a series of short videos to explain its ‘Genius’ programme to the dealership network.
The Kia Genius initiative provides a personal and informative service without pressuring customers into a sale, further enhancing the customer experience within dealerships and in turn, increasing customer satisfaction. The ultimate objective was to increase awareness of the programme and drive uptake.
Our ‘documentary’ approach mixed ‘talking heads’ with engaging BRoll to create a suite of films designed to resonate with the audience.
Shooting on location in London and Nottingham, we worked with Kia Sales Executives and Senior Managers to capture the true essence of the Genius programme; hearing success stories from those who had graduated from the scheme and the impact it had on customers.
